Thank you for your interest in my company, Gemelli Scientific! My name is Sal Iaquez and after 34 years employed as a Vice President of Sales/Marketing by a major instrument manufacturer, I made the decision to start my own company.

There are many segments in the food industry, but here at Gemelli Scientific, we specialize in laboratory testing, which includes Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D), for cereal and grain-based products, like pasta, breads, snack foods, pet foods, breakfast cereals, etc.

In addition to our extensive line of laboratory instruments for QC and R&D, we also offer laboratory extruders, both single and twin screw, which allows for creating and investigating raw materials in the lab for future upscale to production. Our extensive product portfolio of laboratory instruments adhere to standard methodologies outlined by scientific organizations, like AACC, ICC, ASTM, ISO, and others.
